It’s been said that “a coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be.” My guest today is Ron Alford, an executive-level sales and leadership coach for Southwestern Consulting and author of the book Redefining Possible.

Ron began his career selling educational books door to door and understands the mental component needed to win in business. With over 20 years of coaching behind him, he thrives in helping others get out of a place of fear and gain what he calls "authentic confidence."
