Yes, I think first of all, everybody thinks this is going to solve every single issue with every property. Even with this, overpricing your property and under marketing your property will cause what many listeners are experiencing, homes not selling. But there's some great news with real estate in this bill. Number one mortgage insurance deductions that's now permanent. The salt deduction is going to help. Mainly are luxury buyers. However,
luxury buyers bring other buyers with them. The state and local tax deduction has increased substantially. And then here's the big one. If you are an investor or thinking about being an investor, the one hundred three percent bonus depreciation and full expensing is a big one. It's going to cause I think a lot of people to look at investments that maybe would have stayed on the sidelines.
That's really good and interesting information. And you know, also the Salt piece because a lot of people were thinking, well, we're not New York, but we certainly have a lot of people that own property in New York.
Absolutely, and I'm getting lots of questions about what's happening in New York City. And honestly, I think that again is going to help us. They understand the risk to their financial future.
