Yes, we right now have on a national basis, the biggest gap between the number of buyers and the number of sellers in the market. There are actually nationally five hundred thousand more sellers than there are buyers in the market. And of course Florida is a little bit different, but Florida is feeling the inventory shift as well now and that includes from the low end, entry level properties all the way up into the luxury ultra luxury market.
Right now, what's the actionable thing to do with this information?
Well, if you are buying, all of my buyers right now, in all honesty, are savvy investors or maybe high network people that are understanding the opportunity. If you have wanted to buy, this is really your window right now. I believe we have a little bit of an opening and opportunity where sellers are serious, there's a lot more choices to select from. You should be calling us. If you said I'm just gonna wait, do not wait anymore. Get in the market if rates come down. There's a plan
for that. Do not wait until rates come down, because if you do, all of the millions of people waiting are gonna flad back into the market.
