Yes, Brian, it's the first time I would say that the tide has shifted a bit towards buyers, especially in the town home and condo market. There is a ten point four month supply of inventory in Palm Beach County in townhomes and condos. It is a very strong buyer's market right now. In our condo product now single family homes, it's been inching up to that point as well, where
at five point nine months of inventory. Remember six months is neutral, and since October we've been increasing from five to five point two to five point seven and now we are at five point nine months of inventory for single.
Family homes, Lisa, I imagine there are a lot of really good opportunities with certain condos and town homes.
There are deals both single family homes and townhomes and condos. And here's the shaker, even new construction. We've been selling a lot of new construction, and we know where the opportunities are in that product too, so there's definitely a strategy to it. It takes a little bit of skill and knowledge to know where those opportunities are and how to structure your offer so that you get a really great deal.
