Yes, Brian, there's really two things happening right now. Number One, Florida is still to go to location for people retiring. They want to come here for whether our lifestyle, all of the conveniences. We have three international airports within reasonable access, great medical care, all those things. Now we are attracting the more affluent retirees here because of our cost of living. Now.
The other thing we're seeing right now, Brian, is many communities are seeing better buying opportunities in the fifty five and over properties because many of those people are at the age where they're retiring out. They're either passing away or they're moving back to be near their family, and so there's a surge in some fifty five and over communities of homes for sale. Mean it's a great time to be a buyer. Just like the condo market.
You talked about cost of living. So many people do want to stay but then have a hard time on a fixed income, and those can be really great opportunities for them.
Yes, and of course I love that our state is working on solving some of our affordability issues. Hopefully they'll come up with some good solutions so we will attract more people down or more people can.
