We decided to cover with a hometown legend for us, most folks that grew up in the Indy area heard about this place and the creepy goings on that went on there. We delve into the actual history of the legend and the spooky stories equated with it. The House of Blue Lights owned by an eccentric millionaire Skiles Edward Test, spun many a dare for Indianapolis youth. The story of Trendy Lobotomy gets told as well.
