We talk about the pandemic response, the promise of the vaccines, and the transformational thinking about race that has emerged in response to George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter Movement. We also touch on the emerging renaissance in online learning as we look forward to turning the page to 2021 to lean into disruption and reinvention with renewed grace, empathy, and hope.
