Need for Involvement – feel a kinship with all of life
A monk was asked, “Why did you renounce the world?” He said, “I have not renounced the world. I have embraced the world, by giving up identification with one little family. I have made the whole world my family.”
Give up the ego. It is the key to becoming involved. Serve others.
Deep meditation brings you closer to knowing who you are on the soul level. We are one with God.
Use discrimination with the things you choose to become involved in. Ask yourself, “Does this activity uplift and inspire me and others? Am I mixing with positive people? Am I maintaining a positive attitude?
