Episode #77 - "Recruiter Training"

In this episode, Mark walks you through what it's like to hire, teach, and train a new recruiter.  He also talks about seasoned recruiters that might be new to an agency and how they are brought into the fold.  There are a lot of elements in "travel" that have to be taught to a recruiter in order to better understand you and your motivations for traveling.  How they go through their "recruiter training" is how well they can "sell" you to take offers through them and their agency as opposed to every other recruiter that has the exact same job.  This episode gives you some insight of the behind-the-scenes that is, "recruiter training."
