Episode #53 - "Vendors"

In today's episode we discuss the addition of "Vendors" into the travel business and their effect on the industry as a whole.  Many travelers are unaware of what a "vendor" even is, let alone how they have changed the way in which agencies recruit and hospitals staff for their supplemental needs.  The addition of both vender management services and managed service providers has substantially changed the "pie" both positively and negatively.  One thing is for sure... they are a big part of the communication and fulfillment process and one that you, the traveler should become more familiar with to be able achieve greater success as a traveler.
