I will have very honest and real conversations about the harsh reality about CPTSD and Trauma and everything that happens in this world that leads to you, me and millions of undiagnosed people that have experienced repetitive Traumatic events.

Also I'll tell the stories from those out there willing to reveal and express their own horrible traumatic experiences in their lives so that we all can see and feel what it is like to grow up with fear and anxiety every day.

This will not be a nice and playful podcast but a very honest and open but blunt voyage into the lives of those affected by Trauma!
