In addition, I touch upon a crucial point: the imperative for men to break free from the shackles of stoicism—the notion that men should conceal their emotions and vulnerabilities. To truly mend from our wounds and traumas, we must shed our fear, embrace vulnerability, and unhesitatingly seek assistance—something we undeniably deserve.
