Episode description

Trying to have a conversation that is of high quality and informative and easy flowing for me is very difficult because of my ADHD.  Then my CPTSD becomes triggered as well because the fear of being laughed at, rejected, ignored, not taken seriously or even just frustrating your partner very bad are all things you so want to avoid!  I often start a conversation with a subject that I find very interesting and want to share but I forget details or even at times the important information that gives the person you're telling it to enough to follow along and be able to respond back.  It causes a great deal of frustration and has lead to arguments or fights and causes hurt feelings.
