Special Guest Jamie who is on Twitter known as @jamieforreals and is also the host of her own Podcast called "Stigma Breakers" discusses her own ADHD experiences and struggles with me and we explore areas like Trauma, diagnosing struggles, medication and therapy journeys. Such a great conversation we had and really gave an incredible insight into ADHD struggles from a Latino background in Los Angeles, California. Jamie wants to really help those with ADHD and addiction as well as increase awareness and understanding of ADHD with her own podcast and her future education.
