CPTSD - Special Guest Debbie Hampton on the Podcast - Neuroplasticity with the Brain
Episode description
Debbie Hampton is a survivor! @dlhampton she has lived through a life of neglect, abuse, suffering and ultimately a near death experience that led her to the steps she took to become who she is today.
After having a brain injury because of a suicide attempt she had to re-train her brain so she could live her life again and this showed her that she can be strong and independent and make the most of her life. In this podcast we talk about Neuroplasticity in the brain, that we can always change how our brains are wired that it is never too late to make changes and become stronger, more aware and heal from our pain and our trauma.
