CPTSD - Learning the Game

ok so first.. this is a phrase that comes from my extensive Football background! I'm not talking about Narcissists or abusers. My journey along this CPTSD trail has been a rough ride to healing but I realized along this route that I needed to learn how my unique self, my system that only I understand is working despite all the challenges! ADHD and CPTSD is not a friendly mix but I can't allow them to depict the course of my future, decide for me how my life proceeds.
Learning how to go from Point A to Point B (with the thousands of objects standing in my way) I am the only one who can figure that out!
