This episode is one that I have been looking to do for a very long time! discuss ADHD from a Woman's side. But I needed to have someone who could talk about ADHD who isn't me! Jo is from Manchester England and I get to talk about her ADHD, her diagnosis, the struggles she faces not only as a woman but living in the UK as well where if you want to get assessed for ADHD it can take 18 months to get there!
We really talk about all the problems people have when it comes to their mental health and what needs to change in order for those who have ADHD and even the ones who will need to be diagnosed in our future!
