ADHD - How One Small Change Can Easily Throw Your Whole Routine Off

Many who have ADHD tend to create routines so that they feel confident enough to get everything that is required of them so that they do not make mistakes and avoid making other people in their life think they can be just as capable as the rest of society. I for example have a morning routine, weeks in the making to allow me to make sure everything I need to start my day off properly does indeed get done! Unfortunately a small change, an unexpected problem that you didn't forsee happening or just a bad start to the day can be enough to completely ruin the perfect way you like to do something!
This episode I discuss how easily our routines get thrown off and also how it can cause someone who has trauma (like myself) to become triggered and cause everything to be even more difficult.
