Everyone who suffers from Emotional Dysregulation will have many examples of times where they found themselves unable to handle situations that required them to stay emotionally balanced in order to finish a task or get to a deadline on time or even arrive to a big event early.  It's incredible or in other words, very frustrating when you find yourself running late and you can't find anything you need and you know it is somewhere in this house!  You soon find out just how easy we can become emotionally dysregulated in situations that are stressful, anxious and difficult to control.
