A Deeper Discussion about ADHD Symptoms - Impulse Control and Focus

Today's podcast I decide to talk more about two of my ADHD symptoms that really tend to make my life more difficult, Impulse Control and Focus.
Both of these symptoms really have made life very frustrating and stressful, typically every day and I have been trying so hard to change these and learn to become a better functioning person. They affect my relationship, especially Impulse control! Focus is something that can be detrimental to ones health and safety is it's poor so I needed to work so hard on improving it and I am so very thankful that both my ADHD medication Vyvanse and my Anxiety Meds have really helped improve my ability to focus.
