Trauma-informed Reflective Supervisor and Occupational Therapist, Julia Bantimba, is here to introduce teachers to Reflective Practice and specifically - her model of Reflective Practice “On-the-Go.” This practical tool is one way for teachers to access the ongoing support they need to provide sustainable, regulated, reflective care day-in and day-out.
