What the @$%*! WPATH?!

This episode originally aired in Dec 2021 when the WPATH Standards of Care (SOC) 8 draft was released. The final version was published in Sept 2022 with some revisions. Most notably, they removed the minimum age recommendations for starting medical interventions.

Aaron Terrell attended the Sept 2022 WPATH conference as a delegate of GDA. One author of the child chapter stated during the presentation that they removed the age limits because they didn't want clinicians being sued for not following the SOC. (Aaron was booted out of the virtual conference for stating that he was with GDA. WPATH has not replied to our emails asking for an explanation or refund.
