Debbie Hayton is a physicist and columnist from the UK. She began transitioning in 2012 and had sexual reasignment surgery in 2016. Shortly thereafter Debbie came to accept that she did not have a female brain in a male body, but was instead motivated by a very male, and somewhat unusual, sexuality known as autogynephilia.
