control the weather and natural disasters since the forties. And I stumbled across a video a while back on YouTube, of all places, that gives us a theory, a new one, and it's old. It's an eleven year old video. But the theories that you're seeing now all revolve around HARP. And we'll get to that. And I'm sure if you're on TikTok or on social media, you've read about HARP and weather control. But you know HARP is supposed to only be conducting experiments in the ionosphere. That's really far

away from where we experience weather. I'm sure that's all they're doing though, you know, But for argument's sake, they have multiple locations worldwide, And if you don't know, HARP stands for high frequency active a Urural research project, and it's supposed to be just that, a research project. We cannot as of now prove they do anything else, you know, And that's just the way that it is. But like I always say, we get what they give us until

we don't. And that being said, one of my heroes, mister Snowden, had a little more to say all the way back in twenty thirteen about Heart, and he's arguably the most famous whistleblower of our time, so much so that he went hiding, changed locations, went into Faraday Cage. All that went to Russia. The Heart research station, he said, strategically based away from prying Ice near Gakona, Alaska. That was the major one. That was the first one. We know.

There's multiple location sins, but he said, it's actually used determinate or manipulate would be dissidents of global capitalism on this scale of millions of people. waves operate at the same electronic frequency as the brain stem. Just so happens to be the case, selectively inducing deaths seemingly by natural causes, including by some appearing to coroners as innocuous as strokes or heart attacks. Sometimes if that is true, that would be diabolical, but it wouldn't explain the controlling of weather. So let's get away from harp for just one second and just think they would be using frequency weapons, just like I'd mentioned in previous transmissions.

And there are many crazy sounding stories from what's called quote unquote if you remember targeted individuals but like I said, that's for another time. Get away from heart for a second and all of that crazy because it's that is absolutely mind blowing to me. But if they're controlling the weather, now, how are they doing it? What if they are using something that is in plain sight, right in front of our faces. I came across a YouTube video, like I said,

from eleven years ago. The account is called weather war one oh one. Check it out. The video is sixteen minutes long. I highly suggest you watch it before it gets taken down amidst all this potential quote unquote misinformation. In any event, the video shows a theory on exactly how next rad which stands for next generation weather radar and Doppler radar, has been used to not only receive

signals or frequencies, but pulse them out as well. The rulers seem to covet the use of frequencies of all kinds, like I've stated in the past, in Satanic rituals, through spells, in monarch, programming with electricity. And as soon as I saw that imagery in this video, it started ringing bells of truth in my mind. It reminded me of another video I saw the other day of all the next rad activity visually appearing as if it had spurred the

hurricane on. And by this one, I'm referencing Hurricane Helene almost as if it was making it stronger. Would it be out of the realm of possibility for this to happen. I checked out some information on the upgraded technology coupled with what's called phased or ray radar, and the advances of private sector has been made since nineteen eighty eight involving that technology, and it's amazing. I can only imagine

what the military industrial complex has figured out. The author of the YouTube video entitled Next Rad Weather Control Vortex Creation, put that in your mind picture of vortex, because if you haven't seen these videos, it's exactly what it looks like.

And remember this was eleven years ago in the video that I'm speaking on now, So just keep that picture of a vortex concentric circles right and to be sure, he says, the creator says what he or she I'm not sure, he says, whether on this planet has never been the same after these facilities rolled out nationally as next rad and globally as Doppler Radar. The YouTube creator goes on to show clouds, and these clouds are better

shown than they are explained. But since this is what we're working with, they are clouds that we've all seen but maybe never taken notice of. They are those clouds that look like waves one after another, equally spaced, or like those ones that look like patterned quilts. They have a pulse effect to them that one can see straight away when looking at them. Whether war one oh one goes on to state that the source of that frequency that is making such an impact on the clouds are

the next rad and Doppler radar stations. The technology shown to be responsible is what looks like a Tesla tower with one of those giant white balls on top and the base though it is completely straight straight up and down, okay, and not positioned as a pyramid like you would picture Tesla's tower. But if the giant ball wasn't so big and the base was more triangular, it would almost exactly

resemble a Tesla tower. I mean almost exactly. And remember Tesla once said, if you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. This tech that I am describing is called the next rad WSR DASH eighty eight. D whether War one oh one states that this technology has been updated. It has been updated since its first public use in nineteen eighty eight, and they documented on this video the pulsing vortex technology

that seems to have been enhanced. You can go on TikTok or Instagram and type in hurricane Helene, next rad harp, whatever keywords, and just watch the videos that pop up for yourself. It's shocking when you see what looks like fingerprints pulsing throughout the Doppler radar throughout the hurricanes's path. In my opinion, our rulers were absolutely behind this, But make sure to go watch if you haven't already, and be the judge for yourself. If this was an official investigation,

we would want to find a motive. Well, you don't have to look far at all. Tampa, which is currently in the thick of things, is set to be a fifteen minute city, and from my research, same with the out Ashville and a little bit of the surrounding area. And who can forget the same plan for Leahina in Hawaii. Remember but anyway, back to Ashville, the little town right around it just so happens to have lithium mines. The only thing that was standing in the way of the digging,

supposedly were the people refusing to sell their properties. I mean, look into that too, and just put a cherry on top of all of this crazy. That wildfire I mentioned in Wyoming, well, they recently were made aware of an abundance of rare earth minerals in that same area. The raping of resources and the accumulation of the land and those resources seemed to be a pretty big motive to me.
