Episode description

Positive journaling is not the traditional style of journaling. This activity may bring some uneasiness. It’s challenging to do something you’re uncomfortable with, so journaling may not express your true inner feelings. I encourage you to listen to the podcast first. And then stop it, listen to the podcast, and participate in the activity.

During this podcast, we will use baby steps to map out steps to nurture and help positive improvements stronger.

The author, Frederik Bannik’s Exceptions Journal, created a ten-question worksheet. In this episode, I will guide you through the last three questions of the ten-question

positive journaling worksheet. Please listen to the first episode of the series as a review of the first seven questions before completing the last three questions. As you work through this activity, I hope you find it meaningful and fun.
