During this guided meditation exercise, Eartha will led a guided meditation exercise, encouraging participants to pay attention to their surroundings and body sensations. She invites you to focus on the temperature, the feeling of your feet and ankles, and the sensations of your breath. She also Any thoughts that popped up should be swiped away for the moment. The exercise was likened to a hike. Imagine you are walking in your favorite place. The goal of this imagery exercise: Letting go of past judgments and future worries  Summary of imagery exercise: Participants visualize themselves taking off a backpack they were carrying. As they did so, various clocks representing their past ruminations, future worries, and judgments about themselves fell out. Eartha invites you  to walk without judgment, worry, or rumination. She emphasized that we all have a choice to return to the starting point with the same mindset or to choose a new path, symbolizing personal growth and learning from experiences. In conclusion she stressed the importance of self-reflection, compassion, and seeking help when needed.
