Episode description

Welcome to the final episode of this series. I hope it has been meaningful for you. Boundaries in a mindful world must be able to express ourselves. To communicate our boundaries, we need to be aware of them. We can explore our boundaries and grow. When we expand our minds or imaginations, sparks of creativity ignite. We develop problem-solving skills and new or more effective ways of handling stress or anger. If we’ve been exposed to anger as a family value, for example, and the anger is expressed through shouting and throwing things, our boundaries for problem-solving are limited. We can learn to grow beyond expressing our anger through physically negative expressions and to learn how to express our anger with words, art, or exercise. I invite you to enjoy the release practice at the end of the podcast.
