To get a basic idea of how to use the MAAS, Eartha will read the 15 questions. Participants are invited to write responses according to the Likert scale responses.  Eartha discussed a tool for assessing personal experiences and emotions. She explained the Likert scale, which ranges from 1 (almost always) to 6 (rarely), and emphasized the importance of answering based on actual experiences rather than ideal ones. She also emphasized to treat each item separately. The tool is designed to help individuals become more aware of their attention and mindfulness, emphasizing that the score is not a pass-or-fail test but rather a baseline to identify areas for growth.
