Maria Isabel Davila born in Bayamon Puerto Rico in 1977, has been through many challenges in her life. At age 11 her parents divorced and moved to the state of Connecticut. As we all know, Hispanics tend to relay all the responsibility to the oldest. Maria Isabel had 2 younger siblings and she had to raise them. She worked thru the summers as a Camp Counselor at Latino Youth Development and as years passed, she worked in many jobs to help her mother financially.
