Jennifer is a Client Services Director who has been in the insurance industry for 9 years. Her goal is to cultivate a positive culture while encouraging people to grow professionally and personally. During the peak of the pandemic, she partnered with a mentor to build a leadership program for her team - finding a way to connect people virtually, explore soft skills, and build a community. She is passionate about pushing people to find their inner strength and realize their full potential. Jennifer has recently joined Insure Equality as the Treasurer, which is a nonprofit that seeks to create and enforce accountability in the insurance industry in the pursuit of diversity and equality. This organization truly speaks to Jennifer's passions and will without a doubt be a catalyst for positive change within the insurance industry. Jennifer joins the podcast to share how she pushes through a constant battle with imposter syndrome - especially the higher she climbs in her career.
