Episode description

Let's get to know the founder of the Supported Mom Initiative of Central Massachusetts, Tina Gauthier, in this week's episode! Her mission is to allow all parents to have the opportunity to interact in a safe environment through educational support groups that deal with a variety of topics and hold a variety of talks. When she had her children, she desperately wanted something, but our neighborhood didn't have it. She is a devoted mother to her beloved children, Charlie and Luke, and a proud wife to her husband, Casey. She likes to dance, cook, and do short workouts. She also enjoys a good podcast, and she is a sucker for good sunsets.

Key Takeaway:

"I simply want to create a community where women feel supported and aware that they are not fighting alone. The notion that I can do everything on my own has received a lot of attention in our culture, but asking for help is never a bad idea. We are stronger when we work together; our strength is in our unity."
