Grayce Langheine is the local leader of the York, PA Trails Sisters. She holds the FKT of the 66 mile Conestoga Trail and is the race director of the Wildcat 10k. Grayce has won 50 milers and 100ks...but she's also taken a few DNFs including at her first 100 mile. She plans to complete the distance at Massanutten Mountain Run in 2021.
In this episode we get deep on how trail running has changed the way Grayce sees fueling her body. We talk about chasing cut-offs, the Georgia Death Race and how she supports her local running community of women.
