Elizabeth Returns: Vampire, Symbiont, and von Neumann Probe!

In what I am numbering episode 127 of the Trailer Trash Terrors podcast, I, Vic Hermanson, bring you an entirely new story-arc for Elizabeth, the 480 year old vampire first presented to the world by Dr. Stephen Kaplan in 1984, in the book "Vampires Are." It seems she has gone silent all these years. In a totally fictional, but carefully researched episode, I explore what a new correspondence stream with Elizabeth might be like. She's changed since 1984: she's stronger, both more human, and less human, and her understanding of the world is no longer stuck in the 17th century. I've worked on this version of Elizabeth more than long enough to know, love, and yes, even fear her. i think it's worth you time to listen.
