Episode 19: Jay Stevens

This month we are joined by Jay Stevens, the President and Founder of Tenshare Media.  Jay knew he wanted to be in radio from a very young age and eventually got his start as an on-air talent. He quickly rose through the ranks as a program director in several major markets before taking on senior leadership roles in programming for CBS, Radio One, and Reach Media. His broadcasting journey ultimately allowed him to build his own company, Tenshare Media, where he personally works with programmers and talent to energize, motivate, strategize and inspire them and their stations to greatness to ensure sustainable high-level performance.
