My guest today is Carston Oliver, a multi-sport professional athlete, environmental advocate, and self-proclaimed hot sauce weirdo. On any given day, he could be sliding on snow or riding dirt, building trails or protecting watersheds, tweaking product design or field-testing gear, or in his backyard garden picking peppers for his Spicy Magic Sauce.
We talked about him being uncomfortable with self-promotion and social media, having a “tinkering mindset” and the value of being prepared.
