My guest today is Sam Alba, co-founder of Dagger, a modern CICD platform for Software Developers. Before starting Dagger, Sam ran the engineering team at Docker. He’s originally from France, but has been in CA since 2011.

We talked about how managers are really a service to their teams, how it’s ok to leave a company and not ok to stay for the wrong reasons, and how when you start a company, every time you talk about it to people, it sounds like a bad idea.
