Gerry and Jim first discuss proper head position in swimming and how to achieve that position within the swim stroke. After a detailed description of head position, they go into the different effort levels in swimming.  Why is it important to train at different efforts i.e. 60%, 70%, 80%,90%? That question is answered on this episode.
