The magic of value based care

The first round table discussion hosted by Desiree Chappell and featuring Monty Mythen; recorded on February the 9th, the opening night of the Interdisciplinary Conference on Orthopedic Value-Based Care.

This is the fifth segment of a fascinating 'round table discussion' between Desiree, Monty and their two guests; Shawna Butler (RN, NBA who works with Singularity University in Exponential Medicine) and Jennifer Brandon (PT, MPT, Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, California).

Here Jennifer speaks about engaging the multidisciplinary team and explains how social workers can become involved earlier in the process, this is added to by Shawna.
