This piece is a chance to hear from a couple of Temple University residents who presented on two different cases; the first being a critical care case in the ICU involving acute respiratory distress and the second involving a case of surgery for a pheochromocytoma in a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1 and severe pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular failure.
