Episode description
In Episode 82 the boys sit down with South Shore Bar Pizza specialist Russ Fitzgerald. Bar-style pizza is a staple in many parts of the country, but South Shore Massachusetts does it differently, and there are rules. Russ lives right in the middle of SSBP heaven, and a couple of years ago decided to start a food review YouTube channel focusing on this style of pie. With a goal of trying every SSBP in the state, Russ tries the same pizza from each place and gives a video review on it describing the crust, sauce flavor, ingredient ratios, and lots more. Even for us living in MA, we learned quite a lot about the origins of SSBP and what makes it so special.
