We did an original podcast with Murray about two years ago and in the meantime Murray had sold his company to Farmland Partners, Inc. a publicly traded REIT. Murray and I also have discussion on what is keeping farmland values high and part of it is investors rolling out of commercial real estate into farmland but most of it is still farmers with cash.
