Ep 21: August Movie Roundup

If you're looking for something new to watch but not sure what's worth your time, don't worry. We got you! This week the team dives in to (spoiler-FREE) reviews of some films that came out in August. 

Shantae reviews Reminiscence starring Hugh Jackman and Rebecca Ferguson: a new sci-fi thriller written and directed by Lisa Joy and available on HBOMax. 

Alex jumps into the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Black Widow. The new action-packed adventure stars Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh and is directed by Cate Shortland. 

Dave reviews The Night House, which is a new, nail-bitting horror available in theaters directed by David Bruckner and starring Rebecca Hall. 

Finally, Anselm finishes up with Leos Carax's Annette starring Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard in a strange rock opera musical available on Prime Video that will leave you scratching your heads.
