Hey everyone, welcome back to another episode of Too many Ghosts. Nowadays, I am your one and only host and supernatural Genesis. Thank you so much for tuning in this week's episode. Somehow the week passed by really quickly and now we are in the second week of October. You know previously I was mentioning that sometimes I would just imagine some shadowy dark figure crouching in the bushes and whatever when I was running right?
And the last semester when I was also staying in the hostel, because my bed is facing the window and I like to keep my windows open because it's very airy and breezy. People usually say you don't face the window when you sleep or your feet just don't face the window when you sleep because you might see things you don't want to see, I guess what they are saying is true because during that period of time, I always imagine like There is something because I face a really big tree, right?
And then I always imagine like there is something in the tree. I picture this lady actually, this lady wearing white. I know I have no basis for of argument to say that there really was this lady other than the fact that I see her in my head when I look at the tree. uh I always just found this really odd, anyways I switched rooms and now I am not facing, I am no longer facing the tree. So, I don't have that kind of that kind of image anymore. So, I don't know,
you tell me what it is. So speaking of moving in new spaces, I have an interesting story that my friend shared with me, it is a personal experience of her and something that happened to her and her husband. When they were looking for a new place just I think few months ago. So my friend and her husband, they have been together for five to six years and they were looking to
get their own place together. So, few months back they went to view a lot of different apartments to check out what they wanted to actually see if it fit their requirements, their criteria and if the place suited them. But there was just this one apartment in particular that left a very strong impression on both the wife and the husband. So, the story starts off with the real estate agent bringing my friend and her husband to view
this apartment. When they first step into this apartment, they were really amazed by the layout because they really really like how spacious the place was. And the view that it was overlooking was really beautiful. It was like a sea view. I don't know something about the ocean just calms people I guess. The only thing that they felt when they stepped in was that the place was a little bit gloomy and it was just a bit dark.
I I don't know how to describe it but they they said that they just felt that it wasn't very warm, yeah, it just wasn't very inviting, very warm or like a place that would draw you in. But I guess if you install better lighting em switched up the furniture a bit and just put up some decoration to probably be fine, right? So, that was the initial impression that they got just by first look
of the house, okay then they just stepped in. But you know after like ten seconds in you know after the initial excitement of looking at what was behind the door, my friend and the husband noticed that it was a bit weird that there were a lot of clumps of hair strewn on the ground. And the hair was actually pretty long. It was like dark long hair and clumps of this hair was just like all over the place on the ground. So they asked the property agent again right? Who was bringing them
around the place. So, out of curiosity, she asked her real estate agent, how long has this place been vacant for? And the real estate agent rep- lied saying that this place hasn't been occupied for two and a half years. So, my friend was a bit at that point. She was like okay, two and a half years but there is a lot of hair on the ground and she look to her husband, they made eye contact and they they kind of knew lah but they didn't say it out loud in front of the property agent.
So just carry on with the viewing of the apartment. When they were walking towards the master bedroom, my friend switched on the light of the bedroom and right as the lights came on, she saw a silhouette of a woman just flash past in front of her. She couldn't see very clearly because it was like a split second thing, but she recall that the woman had very very long black hair covering her face so you couldn't really make out her face clearly and she was
wearing a long dark color dress. But just as quickly as the lights flickering as they came on the woman disappeared or at least that image of that of a woman disappeared in the flash. So it was like split second thing, but there was something that my friend
was very very sure she saw. Because her husband was standing next to her, she turn to look at her husband you know in fear her eyes wide open and then you know she was like even shaking a little bit and her husband didn't seem to have any kind of reaction towards her. In fact he was quite about it even ask what why are you looking at me? She just quickly covered up and I know nothing its okay.
I'm not feeling so good you know in this room, I think I will just step out and then you can continue viewing the rest of the house but afterwards you just quickly come out and then we can call it a day. So the husband was like okay sure I will quickly wrap up okay. So, he went into the master bedroom, he just went to take a look while my friend was waiting outside. So after five to ten minutes they were done, they wrap things up and then the couple headed back home.
On the drive back home, the two of them were somehow just unusually quiet, they just play some music on the car radio and then just headed home. When they call back home, the husband asked the wife if there were anything funny that happened to her previously like why was she so scared right was a bit unusual for her to react that way. So of course my friend told her husband what she saw and the husband said Oh, then I guess maybe I wasn't the only one
who felt that that place was a bit weird. Because this was her husband's words okay. Her husband said that as he was viewing the rest of the master bedroom as my friend was waiting outside, he saw that there was this slip of paper just random small posted slip of paper stuck to the corner of the walls in a very unsuspecting manner and there were just like bright red words written on that paper in some kind of language that he is really not sure what that is or whatever it means.
And then he felt like it just look a bit creepy I don't know and he didn't know what I mean as well so it was just like a mysterious slip of paper with some red on it and as he was touring the rest of the room He said he suddenly felt like there was this a very cold wind just started blowing down his neck, like this bone piercing coldness that just ran down his spine and he asked his wife, so where did you see that silhouette that you mentioned just now? And my friend said.
I also saw her in the left corner of the room. Obviously my friend and her husband did not end up buying that unit but they continue apartments and eventually find one that they really liked so they did commit to that one instead. But it was a bit of a pity I feel that they never find out what happened in that unit. uh technically they could have asked the real estate agent and I did ask my friend why didn't you just ask the property agent because you know it just seems
like a pretty interesting mysteryel right? but my friend just said that she just wasn't curious enough the fear of knowing what it might be the curiosity she had to find out and you know. I guess she and her husband just believe that. If it's not meant to be, it's just not meant to be just ways and you know, just don't buy the house, don't have to cry and find out what happens but yeah, each to their own. Our second story is also about like a house setting,
okay not exactly a house. Maybe it is someone's house, it's just that we don't know who that house belongs to. My friend is currently in the military and he was telling me about his experience when he was doing navigation training overseas. So where is this overseas actually it is in Taiwan.
So for those of you who might not be very familiar like I was, navigation training is when you get a and a map and then you just have to find a way through around the checkpoints in the forest and the goal is just for you to hit all the checkpoints. Depending on how good you are at it. ah it depends on how long you have to stay in the forest, sometimes it could be hours, it could be days just got to try to navigate your way
around this forest. Okay, so this is what my friend told me when I asked him what navigation training is all about. So he was there with a group of other men and when they were walking through the forest during navigation training, they spotted this really random hut in the middle of nowhere. And they decided since it's a bit and they were a bited from the walking they were doing and they found out they decided let's take some rest at least you know we don't have to like anything that can
happen to them in the wild. So as the boys were walking closer to the heart carrying with them. And then they noticed that the need of the compasses started spinning like crazy. The closer they were to the heart, the faster the needles were spinning, when they stepped into the heart, the needles were just going crazy. So, they just ignored it because why are the needles going crazy? Maybe some kind of I don't know some natural substance, you know there are some kind of natural magnet that
exists in nature, right? So, perhaps there were some kind of materials like that in the heart that could have caused the to start spinning. This was the only more logical open close inverted commas answer or reason that they had. Okay, so that aside. When they were in the heart, the first thing they noticed was that there was an alter in the heart that was very clean but weirdly enough, the rest of the place was filled with. So every other corner of the small heart, it was
a small heart by the way. They would see tons of dust and webs and the heart just look very musty. P altar, it was spotless, no dust at all. So, the boys did find that it was a little strange but they continued walking and exploring their little heart. So there was this door that led to another room in this hart even though it was small, it was
made out of like two rooms. So the main room had an alter and then they pas by the other door which let them to another small room and in that small room there was a bed like a mattress that was on the floor and that mattress look very old was very dusty very dirty. But the strange thing was what was on top of the mattress. The boys saw that there were just two white shirts folded very neatly that were placed side by side and these two white shirts were pretty clean actually. They looked
new in fact. So it looked very out of place to the boys. So at this point, the boys started feeling like something was not right. They were nervously glancing at each other and they were just about to abandon their heart. Then one of the boys broke the silence when he spoke in a firm but calm manner, Guys, let's get out now. The rest of the boys didn't question his decision at all because they themselves also did not feel like staying in that heart for a second longer. So they gathered
all the items and left immediately without looking back. Eventually when they were all distance away from that heart, one of the boys, he asked the boy who told everyone to pack up and leave what prompted him to say something like that? The boy just said, you remember the room that we saw the two white shirts? There was a dark figure and it was actually looking at us and it was crouched the top the mattress with the two white shirts.
I know all of us have different perceptions of what is spooky, what is creepy but for me I think that this is one of the spookiest stories I have ever heard. Firstly, when the boys were walking towards the heart, the magnetic compasses was already sping like crazy and if you guys have heard of the theory that why ghost hunters or paranormal investigators use EMF detectors is because when their spirits present.
apparently it causes a change in the electromagnetic field. So, there will be fluctuations in EMF which is why EMF detectors will be able to pick up on this, which is why they believe that changes in the EMF of the environment is synonymous with encountering maybe a spirit or spirits in that location. And then it just gets creepy and creepy doesn't it? You know when you start seeing an altar.
And the altar is untouched, it's clean, it's like someone was there maintaining the altar, but you see the rest of the place is dilapidated, it's unmaintained, it's dirty, dusty, full of webs. Increase this situation. When we just cannot wrap our heads around like why was anyone living in that heart or was it just used purely for prayer purposes? And then when you go into the next room, you find an even crazier situation.
where there are just two articles of clothing which are cleaned, looks like someone has just newly placed them there, but the rest of the place is still the same. Didated, dirty and unmaintained. So, what was it that was living in there? And then I guess what really the story was when one of the guys saw that there was a dark figure looking at them from the mattress. So was the altar dedicated to this dark creature or was it for another purpose?
I guess it's just something that we would never be able to find out because I am sure the boys are not gonna go there again to investigate and definitely whoever was maintaining the altar In the middle of the forest, I don't think that they would want us to find out either. Believe what you will but I guess for me if I see abandoned heart in the middle of the forest, I think I would just not bother. I would rather take my risk with the lightning and the rain under the tree.
And I guess maybe this is my sign to go back home because I have been staying in my room in the hostel for so long and I am currently recording this episode in the middle of the night alone in my room and let me tell you the vibes are absolutely crazy. I am going crazy just thinking about all the stories that I am telling you guys. So, I am risking my mental safety, just to share my my stories with you.
