Sorry it's been a couple weeks, with the Astros going to the World Series I decided to hold off on this episode. I feel everyone who I bring on this Podcast should get a fair listen. Everyone works so hard and put many hours into their labor and craft. I feel we should give them the respect, attention and listen they all deserve. On Tonight's Special we have Owner/Chef of JC Hibachi, Chef Carlos. On this episode we talk about how he started cooking in a Hibachi Kitchen. We talk about who was his mentor, and what made him start his business and venture out on his own. I felt Carlos bringing Hibachi into homes or private events is genius. Carlos has started a market in Houston and surrounding areas that I've never seen before and everyone should know about it. Carlos and I met for the first time as we recorded this episode and I'm grateful to have come across his business post on Facebook.
