Buff athlete, Zach Bitter is an ultra runner that holds the world record for the fastest 100 mile run, completing it in 11 hours, 19 minutes, and 13 seconds! Zach is known for doing amazing endurance events on an extremely low carb diet. Zach obviously has a ton of expertise in fitness, nutrition, and training so we talk about all of that.
