In this episode, we break down how to increase your numbers. Maybe you have to qualify for an event by hitting a certain number of pushups within a minute, or maybe you just want to build some personal goals for yourself. I used it before SEALFIT Kokoro and again before Goruck Selection to be sure that I could easily complete the published standard for the physical standards.
