Episode description

Santa Ana Winds is putting some on high alert this morning in places like Ramona, Boulevard and Julian to name a few. SDGE even had to shut off power for some communities as a precaution. A man is now in custody, suspected of being part of a hate-crime incident in Hillcrest in August. The San Diego County Registrar of voters released the latest batch of results last night, and will do so again today. You can go check the results for yourself at NBC7.com.
