The city of San Diego has announced thousands of dollars in emergency funds for local small businesses still recovering from January's flooding. Right now, the southbound lanes of the SR-125 are closed from the 94 connector up to Jamacha Rd. The San Diego Police Department is holding a gun buy back event today. They are offering a $100 gift card for any handgun, and two $100 gift cards for an assault rifle.
