Episode description

Episode 73

Isolation Vs. Loneliness with Courtney Andersen

In this episode, I talk with my friend and business partner, Courtney Andersen of Sober Vibes and Real Aligned Women about her take on isolation and loneliness in women.

We talk about how quitting drinking can cause you to feel isolated and how I viewed sobriety in the beginning, especially in relationships.

Courtney shares her insights as a woman who quit drinking at twenty-nine and what sobriety in the early days meant for her.  She experienced ALL of it - isolation, loneliness, and through it all came out in recovery.

Also, we talk about why isolation isn't a bad thing but signs to look for when it starts to become too much.
