In 2018, I created the To 50 and Beyond podcast to raise awareness about the option of living alcohol-free later in life. My mission is to provide practical solutions, along with plenty of love and support, so you never feel alone. This podcast is the resource I wished I had when I decided to stop drinking on August 11, 2013.
